The bakers enter the kitchen, then Buddy enter told them to put on their chef's coat.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Bake something that show your point of view.  Then deliver to Buddy at Penn Studio in Manhattan via public transportation, then on foot.  He will taste ONLY  the first to arrive & the 4 others that look best  The last person to arrive will be DQ.  Last to leave was Gretel-Ann & Chad BUT the water ferry waited for them.

PRIZE:  An Advantage.

BACK AT THE FACTORY:

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Working with Celebrity Clients, Mario Lopez & his fiancée.  Design a groom cake.  Buddy will pick the teams.  4 teams of 3 & Chad will pick the team he want to join.

The Bakers entered then kitchen then Buddy entered.  Buddy picked Captains for the Teams.

Then Marissa of last season winner enter the kitchen.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  30 minutes to make as many groovy girl foundant layers cakes.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Make a cake that tells a story.  Create an orginal superhero character with Villians in 12 hours & 3 foot tall.

- James is very slow.  It is reveal that he has health issues.

- Then Buddy came back in.  Stop the Clock.  Announced new deadline ONLY 2 hours left, now.

- While in the Stu room James tell about his health issue & is leaving the show.  He goes back into the Elimination room & tells Buddy.

EPISODE #3:  Bunny Suits and BB Guns.                                                             11 Left.

START OFF:  The Bakers enter the kitchen then Buddy enter, the "Santa Danny"  arrived with cart with gifts on it.  The gifts will determine which team the bakers are on.

TEAM #1:  Chris, Jess & Gretel-Ann.:  Hershey's Almond Pieces Candy, Dried figs & Cayenne Pepper

TEAM #2:  Letty, Jen & Peter.:  Fennel, Bacon & Peanut Butter Cups.

TEAM #3:  Chad, Paul & Melissa.:  Reese Pieces, Condensed Tomato Soup & Pink Peppercorns.

TEAM #4:  Ashley & Garrett.:  Hershey's Kisses, Cardamom & Butternut Squash.

- Each team must create a holiday dessert from the 3 ingredients under the dome in 2 hours.

PRIZE:  an Advantage & Gift Card from Hershey's on Time Square.

ELIMINATION STORY:  in honor of the movie A Christmas Story make a cake at least 4 foot tall in 8 hours.

- Buddy came in half way & stop the clock - The advantage is a gift for them to give to a loser.  It was the Bunny Suit - for Chad to wear.

- Chad's leg on their cake is terrible.

- Ashley cut her thumb.

- Chris's gun on his cake felt.

NOW, DELIVER:  To the the rehearsal of the play.

The Bakers enter the kitchen, then Buddy enter.  Garret wasn't there.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Test Your Creativity.  Main Ingredient:  Oreo Cookie. 2012 is celebrating 100 years.  First sold in Hoboken, New Jersey.    Each team will get 100 cookies in 90 minutes use up all your cookies in as many dessert as you can.

- Jess, Jen, Chris & Letty.

- Ashley, Peter, Gretel-Ann, Chad & Paul.

First Team made 13 & second team made 37.

- The TV producer of the show, Karen, told Buddy Garrett not coming.

JUDGE:  Frankie.

- WINNER:  Ashley's Team & Ashley MVP.

PRIZE:  A Year Supply of Oreo Cookie.  Also, an advantage.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Buddy will pick the team.

- Ashley advantage was pick her team.  She picked Chris BUT Buddy over ruled.

- Sculpt a life-size cake of 2 stunning woman, Judy & Carol Leifer. in 10 hours continuous hours (doing an all- nightery)

- Jess got hit with a pipe in the head.

NEXT DAY:  The cake got delivered to the Friar Club in Manhattan.

ELIMINATION ( took place at the club)

- WINNING CLUB:  Ashley's Cake - Carol's cake.

ELIMINATED:  Jess.

- Buddy arrives at Garrett's hotel room.  He tried to talk him & find out what is wrong.  Garrett refused to come back.  He is a country boy & can't handle the busy city.  H never grew up.

BACK AT THE KITCHEN: The bakers enter then Buddy enter.  He explained about Garrett.     8 Left.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Cannoli's

- In 2 minutes Stick as many cannoli's as you can.  The Top 2 will have advantage.

- Peter - 5, Gretel-Ann - 24, Ashley - 17, Paul - 18, Jennifer - 27 & Letty 26.  Chad & Chris was low.

            1st Place:  Jen - 27 & 2nd Place:  Letty.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  2 Teams of 3 & 1 Team of 2.  Jen & Letty are Captains.  Create their wedding cakes in 8 hours.

START OFF:  The Bakers enter the kitchen.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  kickin' it Old School - Piping.  Test your Piping Skills.  Follow Buddy to the Freezer ( 10 Below).  15 minutes to  pipe your cake in the freezer.

PRIZE:  Immunity.

- Grap your cake & back to the factory for judging:

- WINNER: Gretel-Ann has Immunity. (I do not think her cake was beautiful but Chad was)

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  field trip to:  Carrabba's Italian Grill.

GUEST JUDGE:  Damian Mandola.

- Re-Create an authentic Italian food.  Must be 3 ft. tall. & 6 hours.

PRIZE:  Trip for 2 to Italy.

- Had lunch for inspiration.

BACK TO FACTORY:  Buddy will picked the teams.

- TEAM 1: Chad, Letty, Ashley & Paul.

- TEAM 2:  Jen, Chris, & Gretel-Ann.

- Since Gretel-Ann has immunity she is planning having team lose then throw Jen under the bus.  I do not like.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

- Team 2 - Winning & MVP is Jen.  Her team also won a year of dinner at Carrabba's.

- Team 1 - Lost.  Didn't meet height.

- SAFE:  Ashley & Paul

BOTTOM:  Letty & Chad.

EPISODE #8:  Battle of the Sexes.                                                               6 Left.

START OFF:  The Bakers enter the kitchen.  Then Buddy enter.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Triathlon.

First Stage:  At the loading dock - move 500 lbs. of shortening onto a pallets.

Second Stage:  Take the last cube of shortening to baker room, scale out 27 lbs. by hands.

Last Stage: Ice a Cake with Vanilla Cake.

PRIZE:  10" Somerset Fondant Sheeter.

- Chris vs. Gretel-Ann. Chris won 7:42

- Chad vs. Jennifer  Chad won by 6:01

- Paul vs. Ashley Ashley won by 5:02

WINNER:  Ashley.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  2 Teams:  Boys vs. Girls.

- Choose one of the Themes from Buddy's Cake Book ( Tablet) & Make it look like it belong there in 5 hours.

- Gretel-Ann thinks she is a better person.  ( I do not like her.  Something about her is weird.)  

NOW DELIVER THE CAKES:  to the loading dock.  Dan, Buddy, new driver whom was a stunt driver drives the cakes through the parking lot.  When done both cakes were destroy.  NOW:  Buddy gives them 3 hrs to remake the cakes.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

GUEST JUDGE:  Mary, Buddy's sister.

- Boy's cake the sculpture was terrible,

- Girls cake the monster should had been there.

WINNER:  Girls.

ELIMINATED:  Chris.

EPISODE #9:  Happy Birthday, Kelly.                                                              5 Left.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  An opportunity for exposure.

ADVISOR:  Leslie Robarge, Deputy Editor for Redbook magazine.

- Make a cake cocktail -inspired cupcakes.

  Must be Great on Camera, Easy to Duplicate. in 90 minutes.

PRIZE:  Feature in the magazine.

- WINNER:  Ashley.

       Ashley stand up with Buddy whom pick the team.

- Gretel-Ann & Chad.

- Paul & Jen.

- Then Ashley pick which team to go:  She pick Jen.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  

- Michael Strahan walk in.

- Tomorrow is Kelly Ripa's birthday.  He want a cake made for her.  In 7 hours.

PRIZE:  7 Night Cruise for two on Celebrity Cruises. 

BUDDY ENTER:  Stop the Clock - Gave Ashley the opportunity to fire some from her team.  She didn't.  (even though She & Paul do not like each other)

NEXT DAY:  The cakes were deliver to Kelly & she picked the winner.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

- WINNING CAKE:  was Ashley's cake & MVP was Jen whom kept the team together.

BOTTOM:  Chad 7 Gretel-Ann.

ELIMINATED:  Chad - he did not listen to Michael's order & did his own thing.

EPISODE #10:  Momma Know Best.                                                   4 Left.

        FINAL FOUR:  Paul, Gretel-Ann, Ashley & Jen.

The Bakers enter the kitchen, then Buddy enter the kitchen.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  10 minutes to ice a cake, put on a border & rose on it Blindfolded.

PRIZE:  $3,000 Gift Card to Bakery Crafts.

- TOP 2:  Jen & Ashley

        WINNER:  Ashley.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:      2 Team so f 2.

- Create a Tribute Cake to honor your Moms in 7 hours.

-  BUDDY STOP THE CLOCK:   gave them assistance for 2 hours - Their Mothers.

- Cake must deliver to Carlo's Bakery in the back, carrying up the old stairs.

EPISODE #11:  Vegas Baby.                                                                      3 Left.

ARRIVED IN:  The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.

- Buddy arrived on a Gondola.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  In 8 hours Make 400 cookie, 100 pastries, 10 cakes & 10 pies.  Then bring them to St. Mark's Square in the Venetian to sell them.  The least bakers will be eliminated.

ASHLEY TEAM:  Mary, Danny, Melissa, Peter & Letty.

GETEL-ANN TEAM:  Madeline, Anthony, Paul, 

JEN'S TEAM:  Joey, Grace, Garrett, Emme.

RESULTS:  

- SOLD THE MOST:  Ashley.

ELIMINATED:  Jen.

                              Jen vs. Ashley

- Buddy take them out on town, kept them up all night.

LAST ELIMINATION:  Make a final cake that tell about Vega, Go Big in 8 hours.  Pick your team

ASHLEY:  Ralph, Frankie, Chad & Jess.

GRETEL-ANN:  Muro, Tyne, Chris & James.

- Now deliver them to final Elimination Ceremony on the bridge in front of the Venetian Hotel.

- Each eliminated player get a vote - Ashley won their votes.
