START OFF:  In the New Bakery.  The Teams' arrived.

CAKE CHALLENGE:  Candy.

- Create a Cake with Theme Sugar high.   3 Cakes.  3 Teams of 6.  Gather in a bag 100 candy.

START OFF:  The Bakers walked into the bakery.

- Julie & Danielle are the weakest team.

- Make a beautiful Destination for a mystery client plus s special guest judges.

TWIST:  Only 2 at time can work on a cake & must be from the other team.  in 8 hours.

- Lai started to cry 'cause she wanted to be there.

ELIMINATED:  Julie & Danielle - cause they made a cupcake instead a centerpiece.

EPISODE #4:  Buddy's Winter BBQ.                                                      7 Left.

START OFF:  The bakery enter the kitchen.  Buddy was there with Damian Mandola, Founder of Carrabba's Italian Grill.  

CHALLENGE:  Tuscan Pound Cake.

- Come up with a new delicious spin on the Tuscan Pound Cake in 15 minutes.

PRIZE:  Their dish will be served at Carrabba's.

WINNING TEAM:  Dave & Elaine.

CAKE CHALLENGE:  It is 25 degrees outside but Buddy thinking Summer.

- Make a "Cake" hamburger or hot dog that is 4 feet across or 6 feet long.  will split into teams in 7 hours.

HAMBURGER TEAM: Kai & Rox, Jose & Aimee and Bethany & Jennifer.

HOT DOG  TEAM:  Don & Meredith, Al & Lia and Al & Manny.

- Dave 7 Elaine get to pick their team.  Picked the Hot Dog Team.

PRIZE:  $5,000 from Carrabba's and can eat for FREE for a whole year.

STOP THE CLOCK:  1/2 way through Buddy stop the clock.  TWIST:  for Elaine & Dave can switch team but will get IMMUNITY BUT give up a chance of the Prize.  They did it.

NOWDELIVER THE CAKES:  to a local park on the river across from New York City.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

- It is TIED. No-One going home.

ESIPODE #5:  Nightmare on Baker Street.                                              Still 7 Left.

The Bakers enter the kitchen & Buddy is there.  He want to even out the numbers since they didn't get rid of one last week - So " hew is having an Elimination Challenge"  right away.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  1 hour to create a batch perfect chocolate chip cookies.  Then the lights went out & things starting to fell.

STOP THE CLOCK:  Surprise - World of Horror.  No Elimination Challenge.

CAKE CHALLENGE:  Cake for mystery Client & Judge.  Create a horror cake in 7 hours.  Delivered to a party in Manhattan.  3 Teams which Buddy will pick the teams.  Not a kid cake but for adults.

- Manny & Al,  Dave & Elaine.

- Lia & Al,    Bethany & Jennifer,   and   Jose & Aimee

- Kai & Rox,  and  Don & Meredith.

-Aimee blames her mistake on Manny.  She DOES NOT accept her fault.  She does not like the Jersey's boys.

THEN BUDDY COMES BACK:  with a suitcase.  STOP THE CLOCK:  TWIST:  suitcase has a straight- jacket in it.  1 member of each team except Lia's team then 2 members will wear the jacket for an hour,:  Jose, Al, Kai & Al.

THEN DELIVER THE CAKES:  to Times Scare.  Two cakes' arms fell.

SURPRISE JUDGE:  Mr. Robert Englund, Freddy Krueger.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

- WINNER:  Sexy Swamp Lady Cake - Jose& Aimee, Bethany/Jennifer and Al/Lia. (only 'cause their arm did not fall)

SAFE:  Rox & Kai   and Don & Meredith.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Manny & Al      and     Dave & Elaine.

- wasabi, dragon fruit, pork belly, chili power, blue cheese & Mexican grasshopper.

- one hour to make a best plate of dessert using at least 1 ingredients.

ESIPODE #6:  Long Island Medium Cakes.                                               6 Left.

START OFF:  Bakers enter the arena.  Buddy is there.

CAKE CHALLENGE:  Life - Size Cakes.

- Client is Theresa Caputo, Long Island Medium & her husband.

- Cake is going a charity event.  2 teams of 6.  Theresa will picked the teams.

TEAM 1:  Al & Lia,  Kai & Rox,   and Don & Meredith.

TEAM 2:  Manny & Al,   Bethany & Jennifer  and  Jose & Aimee.

- have 12 hours.  Buddy will visit each team in the beginning to help with wood work.

PRIZE:  Each member of the winning team will receive 1 year supply of Satin Ice Foundant.

WINNING CAKE:  Cake by Manny & other.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:

- Sculpt a face of the three judges:  in 1 hour.

ESIPODE #7:  Gravity Defying Cakes.                                                     5 Teams Left.

The Bakers enter the area.  Buddy tells them to look under their table & find find some thing usual.  Bethany & Jennifer find a 50 Pesos.  ???   

PRIZE:  A 5 day in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. at Grand Solmar Land's End Resort & Spa. 

- Will be 3 Teams of 4 people & 1 Team of just two.  They can take the trip if & only if they become the the team of two. They do it.  Now, they picked the teams.

- Jose & Aimee   and  Kai & Rox,

- Manny & Al    and Al & Lia.

CAKE CHALLENGE:  Making Gravity-Defying Cakes.  Buddy will bring all 3 cake to the Rachel Ray Show.

PRIZE:  Winner will go to the show & Audience will vote on the cake.  Also, win - an assortment of cookware & cutlery from Zwilling J.A. Henckels. worth $7,000.     In 8 hours.

- Aimee's as piping was terrible.  She's so righteous.

EPISODE #8:  Sexiest Cake Alive.                                                                       4 Teams Left.

The Bakers walked into the Arena - Buddy was there.

      FINAL FOUR:  Manny & Al ,     Al & Lia,   Rox & Kai,   and Bethany & Jennifer.

CAKE CHALLENGE:  Working as Individual Teams.

CLIENT:  People Magazine, Michelle Tan, Senior Editor.

- Celebrating 40th Birthday.  Create a cake for them that influential people. Cake must have a movement & create an another little tasting cake & recipe that will appear in the magazine. In 8 hrs.

PRIZE:  Winning Cake will appear in the magazine. Also, from Bakery Crafts.  A Copy confection Machine & Deluxe decorating kit.

- Sexiest Men Cake - Manny & Al.   - was terrible,

- Red Carpet Cake - Bethany & Jennifer - didn't have a movement on the cake,

- Fashion Cake - Rox & Kai - The dress was ugly & tasting cake wasn't iced,

- Royal Family Cake - Al & Lia.- looked too like a wedding cake.

JUDGING:

EPSIODE #9:  Wow Cakes.                                                                                  3 Teams Left.

   FINAL THREE:  Manny/Al,      Al/Lia      and       Rox /Kai.  

Going to Vegas BUT only 2 will go.

CAKE CHALLENGE:  Wo the judges.

- Bake the Best pastry or individual dessert.  Do at least 100. Public will choose then to the winning & deliver to Cake Boss Café in Times Squares.

PRIZE:  Trip to Jamaica staying at Jewel's Dunn River Beach Resort & Spa.  & Immunity.

RESULTS:

- BOTTOM 2:  Bethany/Jennifer and Al/Lia.

- TOP 2:  WINNER:  Al & Manny - Animal Cake.

        Customer Vote:  Kai & Rox - going to Jamaica.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Al & Lai and Bethany & Jennifer.

- Make a cake in 20 minutes, each partner had to dirty ice, cover 2 tiers, do at least 2 buttercream roses, pipe borders and scroll work in 20 minutes.

ELIMINATED:  Bethany & Jennifer.

EPSIODE #10:  Vegas Showstopper                                                                  2 Teams Left.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  7 hours to complete 3 challenges:

1.  Cupcake - Create a Giant Cupcake using own sponge,

2.  Beautiful Centerpieces with Chocolate & Sugar ribbon and flowers,

3.  Old School Piping.  Cover 3-tier cake in foundant, then pipe all over it.

RESULTS:

- WINNER:  Al & Lia.

ELIMINATED:  Rox & Kai.

NEXT DAY:  ARRIVED IN:  In Las Vegas at the Venetian Hotel.

FINAL CHALLENGE:  12 hours to Make a cake to be display in the bakery window.  Must be stand -out, be eye catching.

              THE WINNER IS:  AL & LIA.
