START OFF:  In the Bakery.  Buddy & Joey, Brother -in-Law.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Cupcakes.  SURPRISE:  a Clue on the flavor is under the domes on the tables.  2 hrs.

- PAM'S TEAM:  messed with the logo,   

                            The skyline is different.

- JOE'S TEAM:  The fight between Joe & Corina,

                            Joe didn't too much.

- MEGAN'S TEAM:  misspelled Illinois,

                                   icons are great.

EPISODE #3:  I'is the Season to be Jolly.                                                  8 Left.

START OFF:  In the Kitchen - Xmas Time.

BAKER CHALLENGE:  Christmas - Cake Relay Race. - 2 Teams - Assembly Line Style:  Cut, Fill, Ice & Decorate the Cake.

- Boys vs. Girls Team.

- Girls Win.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  

JUDGE:  Chef Paul Dillon, Dean of the School.

- Create a cake for his event  - American Cancer Society.  Must be 3 ft. high & Christmas theme in 11 hours.

NEW TWIST:  Cooking Challenge. - Cook a Sunday Italian dinner

for the volunteer & deliver with your cake.

JUDGE:  George Duran, Hunt's.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

WINNING TEAM:  The Guys.

PRIZE:  Supply of Hunt's Products & $10,000 to be split among the team.  

ELIMINATED:  Johanna - the structure of their cake was strong & she was at fault.

EPISODE #4:  It's Dyn-o-Mite.                                                                7 Left.

START OFF:  In the Bakery.  Buddy arrived.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Speed, & Accuracy.  A Race to finish first:  Crake a dozen eggs, roll-out a perfect pie crust & make a modeling chocolate flower.

      WINNER: Megan - has Immunity & advantage in next challenge.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  

- Megan can pick her team:  Dana, Brian & Jay.

- Leaving:  Greggy, Corina & Pam.

NEW TWIST:  Megan is switched to the other team.

- Create a cake 3 ft. tall & incorporated pyrotechnic and special effects & deliver it to a client which is 45 minutes away.

CLIENTS:  Drew of Extreme Fx.  Celebrating 20 Anniversary.

JUDGE:  Cousin Frankie.

- Megan hurt her ankle by the airbrush motor felling on her. Taken to hospital.

ARRIVED:  In a Park.  Where the Cakes are delivered.

- Both Cakes DID NOT WORK.

- Buddy blew up the cakes.  NO WINNERS.

ELIMINATION ROOM

BOTTOM 2:  Pam & Brian.

ELIMINATED:  Pam - not working with her team.

EPISODE #5:  3-2-1 Blast-Off.                                                                    6 Left.

START OFF:  In the Bakery.

BAKERY'S CHALLENGE:  Speed & Accuracy but Creativity.

- Assemble a fondant layer from scratch.

- Each cake must have a Bow on it. in 30 minutes.

-  BOTTOM 2:  Megan & Dana.  

  - TOP 2:  Corina & Jay. 

      WINNER:  Jay.

- Jay will pick  his team.

EPISODE #6:  Here Comes the Bride.                                                           5  Left.

START OFF:  In the Bakery.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Decorate a Wedding Cake. with old school techniques ( by hand) in 45 minutes.  Pipe your own design on 3 tier cake.  

- TOP 2:  Dana & Jay.

         WINNER:  Jay - will pick his team.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Wedding Cake.

- Jay pick Corina & Megan.

- Leaving:  Brian & Dana.

NEW TWIST:  Switch Jay to Boys team.

                         Also, Buddy bring back Joe to even up the teams  Joe joins Corina & Megan.

JUDGES:  Brother in Law, Joey Faugno,

                  Julie Conley, Wedding Planner.

- Make a 6 tier, traditional lots of layers, very clean, spider mums & calla lilies and apple green & purple.

- Now, deliver to a Photo shoot on the roof then to the reception.  Make a tasty cake.  

NOW TAKE:  the cakes to the roof for the Photo Shoot.  Then Buddy tossed off the roof told them to make a 2nd cake (Plan B) in 4 hours.

REAL CHALLENGE:  Remake the cake in 4 hours.  Bride will pick the winning cake.

- WINNING CAKE:  The Boys' Cake.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

ELIMINATED:  Joe.

EPISODE #7:  Pedal to the Medal.                                                                       5 Left.

START OFF:  In the Kitchen.

SKIPPING the Baker's Challenge  & getting right to the ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  2 will be eliminated. 

JUDGES:  Liz Boone, of Chevrolet,

                  Chef Mauro.

- Theme Car- Inspired cake to celebrate the Chevy Cruze.  in 8 hours.

Liz brought a car for them to test drive.

PRIZE:  Winner of the Contest will get the car.

BUDDY'S PREVIEW:  Buddy not happy with their cakes.  He ordered to Bake something:  a cookie, pastry, pie, a cake, Or a dessert crème brulee, etc...  & add an additional 30 minutes.

ELIMINATED:  Jay & Brian.

EPISODE #8:  The Big Finale.                                               3 Left.

    FINAL THREE:  Dana, Corina & Megan.

ARIVED AT:  Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken.

FINAL CHALLENGE:  To do what Buddy does in a day at the bakery.  in 24 hours.  In the basement:  LAST BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Clean the Grease trap in 1 minute.  Collect the most.

- Megan - 41 lbs. 1.2 oz.

- Corina - 38 lbs. .8 oz.

- Dana - 46 lbs. 6 oz.  THE WINNER IS:  DANA.

NOW THEY GO UPSTAIRS:  for ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Must bake 400 cookies, 20 cakes, 2 pastries, 20 pies and 1 special cake for a special client.

- Must sell the most.  They picked their teams.

- Client is the Mayor of Hoboken. Cake MUST ready by 1pm tomorrow,

ELIMINATION:

- 1st Place - 432 tickets sold - Dana,

- 2nd Place - 388 tickets sold - Megan.

ELIMINATED:  Corina sold only 244 tickets.

NEXT DAY:  The LIVE Event.

- The Cakes are deliver to the special event.
