ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Theme Cakes - Working in Teams.    4 Different Themes. Picked by choosing the paper inside a cannoli's.  Cake MUST be 4 ft. tall in 8 hours.

FASHIONISTA CAKE:  Tony, Heather M., & Sara.

FAIRT TALE CAKE:  Chad, Minerva & Carmelo.

ULTIMATE MAN CAKE:  Marissa, Nadine & Ryan.

UNDER THE SEA CAKE:  Heather G., Megan & Wesley.

- Jasmine can pick her cake.  She picked the Fairy Tale Cake.

NEW TWIST:  Stop the Clock.  Buddy take the cooks into the Freezer which is -3 degrees.  OFFER THEM A NEW CHALLENGE:  Endurance challenge - person that stays in the freezer the longest will get Immunity & a Surprise.  It came down to Wesley & Tony.  They split the prize.  Wesley get Immunity & Tony get the Surprise which the help of Dana for 1 hour.  

MUST DELIVERY CAKE:  To Carlo's Bakery.  The Fashionista Cake fell while getting out of the truck.  The customers voted on the cake.

- Megan began to yell yell.

- All 3 cakes was terrible & Buddy steam rolled the cakes.

ELIMINATION:  Minerva then she fought for to being eliminated then Buddy changed his mind & eliminated Tony.

EPISODE #3:  Wedding Wonderland.                                                                          11 left.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Inside each 11 cakes are hidden Hershey's candy to pick what they being doing for their desserts.  Use the candy find in their cake in their Chocolate Dessert in 2 hours.

PRIZE:  A year Supply of Hershey Candy.

JUDGE:  Joey, Buddy's brother in law.

- BOTTOM:  Carmelo.

- TOP:  Jasmine & Marissa.  - Will be Captains.

       WINNER:  Marissa.

THE MISFITS:  Heather M., Nadine & Wesley - whom is the captain.

- Buddy takes them on a field trip to:  Conde Nast Bldg. home of  Bridge's magazine. 

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Create Wedding Cakes in 3 different themes or style.  in 7 hours,

- Santa (Danny) enter the kitchen.

BAKERY CHALLENGE:  Create your Best Holiday Dessert in 2 hours.

JUDGE: Cousin Anthony.

- TOP 3:  Heather G., Wesley & Chad - Whom will become Captains in next challenge.

        WINNER:  Chad will choose first.

CHAD'S TEAM:  Megan & Marissa.

WESELEY'S TEAM:  Melo & Ryan

HEATHER G.'S TEAM:  Heather M., & Nadine.

- No One picked Minerva so she get tp pick the team she was to join & become the captain.  She choose Heather G. & become the Captain.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Make a Great Christmas Cake for a Holiday party that Buddy is throwing for his family.  in 8 hours & 4 ft. tall.

- Minerva & Heather M. do not get along.  Starting fighting.  Fighting mover a snowman. 

Minerva's snowman has legs.

DAY 2:    Minerva does not show up then show up.  Then she showed up say she is "sick".  No one believed her.  She goes to the  hospital.  TIME-UP

NOW:  Deliver to the loading dock where the trucks will them to the party:  ARRIVED AT  Ice Skating Rink where they had to take the cakes to center of the ice ice.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

- WINNING CAKE:  Minerva's Team.  She safe even thought Buddy did not like that.

ELIMINATED:  Wesley.  his team thought he was inexperience.

EPISODE #5:  Let the Sparks Fly.                                                                        9 LEFT

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Cover Cakes in Fondant in 30 minutes.

PRIZE:  Somerset Fondant Maker.  Also, 1 year Supply of Ice Fondant.

- WINNER:  Nadine - She now chose either The Teams in next challenge OR Immunity.

                      She chooses Immunity.

Buddy Choses the Teams.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Engineer Cake - Make a cake that does something in 10 hours.  Can shop at a local hardware store.

- Minerva is still slow & Heather G. acts like she does not know anything.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

- After Buddy destroy the 2 losing cakes of The Girl's Team & Ryan's & his girls'.

WINNING CAKE:  Chad, Melo & Nadine ( A Carousel theme)

SAFE:  Heather G., Megan  & Ryan.

LOSER:  heather M., Minerva & Marissa.

ELIMINATED:  Minerva - Buddy was sick of her & put her in the truck himself.

EPISODE #6:  Gators, Chimps and Beers Oh My!                                   8 Left.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  They follow Buddy to the new Oven Room.

- Which hold up to 36 pans at a time.

- Must Unload the oven quickly without getting hurt or pans falling on the ground working in pairs unload 6 shelves:

- Melo & Nadine:  DQ drop some pans,

- Ryan & Heather G.:  3:11,

- Megan & Heather G.:  DQ  Megan drop a pan,

-  Marissa & Chad:  2:36 Chad figure it out   WINNER.- will pick teams but the opponent.

CHAD'S TEAM:  Heather G., Megan, & Carmelo.

MARISSA'S TEAM:  Heather M., Ryan & Nadine.

TWIST:  Buddy switch the captains to the other team.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Client:  The Turtle Back Zoo.

- Create a cake for the client, must be 4ft. tall & need to have a life-sized version of one of the animals:  Kestrels(falcon), alligator, a Boa (snake), & a Penguin. in 8 hours.

NOW:  Deliver them to the Gazebo in the Zoo which is 1/4 mile up hill.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

GUEST JUDGE:  Brint Spencer, General Curator of Zoo.

WINNER:  Marissa's Team.

ELIMINATED:  Heather M. - her Bear on the cake fell a part.

EPISODE #7: Here Comes Bridezilla.                                                        7 Left.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Old-School Piping.

  - 30 minutes to pipe your own cake.

    BOTTOM 2:  Melo & Ryan.

    WINNER:  Nadine.

- The Losers will picked the teams & be the captains.

MELO'S TEAM:  Heather & Chad.

RYAN'S TEAM:  Marissa & Megan.

- Nadine advantage is picking her which team she want:  Melo.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Wedding Cake.  Actual client, Maria..  The captain get to speak with the client ONLY .  Must be 3 ft. tall, feed 300 people in 8 hours.     

 

- LATER:  Buddy came back with the client & she was very unhappy with the cakes.  REDO the cakes.

DELIVER TO: Liberty House.  Which they were surprised to find out it was only test.

ELIMINATION ROOM:

WINNING CAKE:  Ryan's Team.  MVP - Ryan won trip to Italy.

LSOER CAKE:  Melo's Team.

ELIMINATED:  Heather G.       

EPISODE #8:  Headbanging Bakers.                                                               6 Left.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Triathlon.

- FRIST STAGE:  Stock pantry with 9 50 lbs. bags of sugar,

SECOND STAGE:  Take that last bag which is Flour 50 lbs. run it to competition room & scale out 35 lbs. of flour,

THIRD STAGE:  (Final Stage):  Frost a pan of cupcake fast as you can.

PRIZE:  Entire set of KitchenAid Baker's Tools.      

   - Ryan vs. Melo  Ryan's time is 8:13

   - Megan vs. Chad   Chad's time is 6:49

   - Marissa vs. Nadine  Marissa's time is 6:40.

        WINNER:  Marissa win.  ( My opinion is Marissa was closer to the finish line than Nadine).

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Buddy picked the teams.  Girls vs. Boys.

- Chad, Melo, & Ryan.

- Megan, Nadine & Marissa.

- A Birthday Cake for a client - Mauro.  Who is a Heavy-Metal Fan.  Must be 3 ft. tall & includes pyrotechnics in 8 hours.

DAY 2:  Buddy does not like their cakes.

- Marissa is blaming everyone but herself.  She thinks she perfect.

NOW DELIEVER: to the party.

- The girls cakes fell.

- The pyrotechnics on the boy's cake work.

ELIMINATION ROOM:  DOUBLE ELIMINATION

-  No-One Work.

SAFE:  Marissa, Ryan, Chad & Nadine.( My opinion is Buddy like Marissa.)

ELIMINATION:  Melo & Megan.

EPISODE #9:  Crown-Winning Cakes.                                                                     4 Left.

     FINAL FOUR:  Marissa, Nadine, Chad & Ryan.

START OFF:  The Bakers enter the kitchen.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Make a modeling-chocolate rose in 15 minutes.

PRIZE:  Bakery Crafts Copy Confection Edible Printer.

- BOTTOM 2:  Nadine & Chad.

 - TOP 2:  Marissa & Ryan.

       WINNER:  Ryan.  I was happy it wasn't Marissa.

LAST ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  

GUEST JUDGE:  Alyssa Campanella, Miss USA.

- Make a cake for Alyssa from all the things Buddy interview her, but NO PAGEANT cake in 10 hours.

- Marissa is having a hard time working alone.  

WITH 4 HOURS LEFT:  Buddy came in & took 2 hours away but gave them helpers:  Wesley, Heather M., Melo & Jasmine.

- Ryan got Melo, Marissa got Jasmine, Nadine got Heather & Chad got Wesley.

JUDGING:

GUEST JUDGE:  Grace.

- TOP 2:  Marissa & Nadine.

- Bottom 2: Chad & Ryan.

ELIMINATED:  Chad.  did a pageant cake.

EPISODE #10:  And the Winner is....?                                                                       3  Left.

   FINAL THREE:  Marissa, Nadine & Ryan.

The Bakers enter the bakery.

BAKER'S CHALLENGE:  Crack 90 eggs in 10 minutes. 

PRIZE:  an advantage.

BAKER CHALLENGE:  Running Carlo's Bakery. Must sell to Carlo's customers, 8 hours to fill the showcase.  Must sell:  400 cookies, 20 pies, 20 cakes & 100 pastries.  Marissa get pick her team first.

NOW THE SELLING:  Last place will be Eliminated.

Last - Ryan & ELIMINATED:  Ryan.  - he thought he was good.  Had a better temper.

THE WINNER IS:  MARISSA.   (My opinion is she is terrible, she loses her control & fight with everyone)
